We managed to get a little park action in while at Lake Texoma, but most of the time we were in water. It was SOOOOOOOO hot when we were there...plus, our kids love being in the water. :)
Meet Cowboy Caleb. :) We stopped in Cheyenne, WY to say hi to our friends the Parkers. They live on a buffalo ranch....just kidding. They did take us to visit one though. :)
Tyler didn't want to be left out.
The highlight for the kiddos was definitely riding on a very slow moving train and stopping to feed the buffalo!
After Cheyenne, we went to Denver to check out neighborhoods and visit our friends the Maddrys.
Their are so many neat things to do in Colorado, but the only one we had time for was a 10 minute look at "Garden of the Gods" on our way back to Texas. But, we're making a "must-see" list for the two years that we'll be living there!
