Sidney Joy turned six on the 19th!
For some reason, it was necessary to pose with a broom for her birthday pix....
And, this is what she did when I tried without the broom. :)
She wanted a "monkey that was a girl" birthday cake because we were going to see "The Jungle Book" at a children's theater here in town.

A few days after she turned six, she had her first day of first grade! She wanted to take a pix in front of our back window, so that we could see the school in the background. It didn't quite work out. :)
